At Jada Next Level, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original mailer.
Ship the Package
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; be sure to keep your tracking receipt for updates on your return's progress.
Receive Your Refund
After our quality team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
